Phoenix - “Everything is Everything”
while traveling for Thanksgiving, i discovered two random episodes of season 4 of Six Feet Under on my iPod as i was looking for airport entertainment. when i got home i rewatched the entire season and rediscovered this song from Phoenix, included on the Everything Ends soundtrack for the show. This song was featured in the episode “Coming & Going” - the opening line and the song itself take on a darker quality in the context of the series: “Things are gonna change but not for better.”
